Start with what's costing you today
Hardly anyone comes to us asking for “an agent” or “an AI website.” They come with something that's eating time or money and won't go away, and that's where we start: figure out the problem, design the strategy with people, add AI only where it actually helps, and stick around until your team runs it without us. Below are five situations we hear a lot.

Not sure where to start?
Take the assessment and we'll tell you which option pays off most for you right now. If the answer is “nothing yet,” we'll tell you that too.
Get your team to actually use AI
“We have the licenses, but nobody uses them.”
Who it's for
- Companies paying for ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini seats whose day-to-day work looks exactly the same.
- Leaders who want ground rules (which data can go in, which never can) before AI spreads through the team, because they can picture someone pasting a client contract into a public chatbot.
We always start with the usage policy. Sounds boring. But Adan Avelar, our CEO, has trained teachers, government officials, business owners and team leads, and what holds people back is usually the fear of getting it wrong when nobody has told them where the line is.

What's included
- Usage assessment by teamWho uses AI, for what and how often, broken down by team and role.
- Responsible-use rulesWhich data can go into a model and which never can, which tools are approved, and who answers for it when something goes wrong.
- Role-based workflows and workshopsPeople practice on their own emails, reports and quotes. Generic examples are forgotten within a week.
- A simple dashboardThree or four numbers that show whether the change stuck or quietly faded.
How we work · A·D·N Method
3–5 weeksInterviews and a short survey per team to measure real usage, which rarely matches the license invoice.
Priorities, rules and role-based workflows.
Workshops and follow-up. We stay until the team uses it without asking us. We check the numbers and fix whatever didn't catch on.

A website that sells and shows up in AI answers
“Our site doesn't convert, and ChatGPT never mentions us.”
Who it's for
For businesses that get traffic but not customers, or that ask ChatGPT or Perplexity about their category and hear every name except their own. Also for teams that can't say which page actually brings in sales. It happens a lot.
What's included
- MessagingWhat you say in the first five seconds, and to whom.
- Site structure and UXPages, paths and forms built so a visitor ends up asking for a quote.
- Design and buildFast, accessible, and editable by your team.
- SEO + GEONobody can promise ChatGPT will recommend you, and we won't either. What we can do is make your site easy for models to read: llms.txt, structured data (schema) and copy that says plainly who you are.
- TrackingEvents, forms and a dashboard.
- One training sessionSo your team can publish without calling us.
How we work · A·D·N Method
4–6 weeksAnalytics, SEO and a simple test: we ask several AI models about you and write down what they say.
Messaging, structure, prototype, visuals.
Build, launch, training. We rerun the AI test, look at conversions and adjust.

A brand that's ready for AI
“Every channel sounds different, and AI makes it worse.”
Who it's for
- Companies whose brand still describes what they did five years ago.
- Teams already writing with AI where every piece sounds like a different person.
- Founders tired of being the only one who knows how the brand should sound.
Adan started out as a graphic designer. At Dolphin Graphics in San Francisco he designed for web companies all over the Bay Area, from San Jose to Oakland, so it bugs us to see a brand boiled down to a three-line prompt. AI helps keep a voice consistent when a lot of people are writing. Somebody still has to build that voice first.
What's included
- Positioning and identityWho you're talking to, who you're up against and why people pick you. Then logo, color, type and a graphic system your team can apply without calling the designer every time.
- Voice and AI brand guideHow your brand talks, with do's and don'ts, written so both a person and a model can follow it.
- A brand assistantSet up with that guide so your team gets drafts that already sound like you. A person reviews them before anything goes out. Every time.
How we work · A·D·N Method
4–7 weeksWe read everything you publish now and put it next to your competitors.
Positioning, identity, voice.
AI brand guide, assistant, and a workshop with whoever does the writing. Every so often we review what went out and tune the assistant. It's the step people forget.

AI-powered marketing
“We're putting out more content, but we're not getting more customers.”
Who it's for
- Two- or three-person teams expected to do the work of a whole department.
- Companies posting daily with no idea which post led to a sale.
- Businesses whose leads go cold in someone's inbox.
- Anyone who tried generating everything with AI and noticed people stopped reading.
What's included
- Channel plan and calendarWhere to show up, with what message, and which number needs to move.
- Automated funnelLead capture, follow-up and nurturing, hooked up to your CRM.
Every month we work on the content and campaigns together: AI handles first drafts, variations and summaries, and someone on your team or ours decides what goes out, what gets reworked and what goes in the trash without a second thought. Adan used to be Content Manager and social media strategist at Clicker 360. We don't trust calendars that measure success by post count. We'd rather post less and know what sold. So the monthly report stays short: what happened, why we think it happened, what we're changing.

AI agents and automation
“My team loses hours to repetitive work.”
Who it's for
Teams copying data from one app to another every day, sales reps losing leads because nobody answered in time, support desks fielding the same twenty questions every morning.
A word of warning. If someone wants to sell you a chatbot before asking how your team works, be wary. We start by mapping the tasks, and sometimes the honest answer is that a better-built form fixes the problem with no agent involved. And nothing goes live until we've written down what data the agent touches, what it can't decide on its own, and at what point it hands the case to a person.
What's included
- Task mapWhat to automate first, what can wait, and what should never be automated.
- Support and sales agentsThey answer, qualify and hand off to a person when needed.
- Workflows across your appsLess copy and paste.
- CRM integrationEverything gets logged where your team already works.
- Monthly tuningWe read real conversations, fix bad answers, and decide with you which agent comes next.

We pick one agent to start with and write down its limits.

What people ask us before we start
How do I know which solution I need?
Read the quotes on this page. If one sounds like something you said this week, start there. If none fit, or three do, take the 5-minute assessment and we'll tell you where we'd begin.
Can I combine several solutions?
Yes, and sometimes it's the obvious move. A content agent without a voice guide writes like everyone else, and a new website on top of an old brand shows from the homepage. What we won't do is start everything at once. We rank by return and go in stages.
Do I own what we build?
Yes. The website, agents, workflows, guides and documentation live in your name and on your accounts from day one. legal terms to be confirmed
Do you work remotely, or with companies in Latin America?
Yes. We work remotely, in English or Spanish, with companies in Mexico and Latin America. In-person workshops we figure out case by case.
What happens after delivery?
That's the N in the method: Nurture & activate. We measure, see what's working and adjust. You can stay on a monthly retainer or just book a check-in now and then. Either way, your team already knows how to run what we built. included support period TBD
Tell us where things are stuck
Back in 2024 Adan said what matters is who manages to pair technology with the human side to solve real problems, and we still work that way. In a 30-minute call we'll tell you whether we can help and where we'd start. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
